Anderson Murphy

Andy is a Fine Art Photographer based in Smithville, TN. He is a native Tennessean, born and raised in Murfreesboro. Andy developed his interest in photography late in life, after a long career in the television business. He received formal photographic training at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography. Andy’s subject interests are varied but focused primarily on wildlife and landscape.

 In 2023 Andy photographed the musicians of the Smithville Fiddlers Jamboree exhibiting those images locally and produced a book titled “Back Stage”. Andy continues to photograph the musicians of the Jamboree and local scenery as well as landscape and wildlife throughout the United States.
